Customer/You: The individual or entity who subscribes to or uses the Services.

Services: The internet access, data, and other related services provided by I-World Networks.

Equipment: Any radios, routers, cables, or other hardware provided by I-World Networks for the purpose of delivering the Services.

2.1 Service Commitment

We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

2.2 Service Availability

The Services are subject to network availability and performance. The actual speed may vary based on various factors, including network congestion, server performance, and the Customer's own equipment and wiring.

3.1 Account and Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must keep your account credentials secure and confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.2 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use the Services in a legal, ethical, and responsible manner. You are prohibited from:

• Engaging in any illegal activities.
• Transmitting or distributing unsolicited bulk emails (spam).
• Uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Hacking, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or network, or distributing viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Interfering with the use and enjoyment of the Services by other users.
• Using the Services to impersonate any person or entity.

3.3 Equipment

You are responsible for any I-World Networks-provided Equipment and must use it only for the purpose of receiving our Services. You must not modify, tamper with, or sell the Equipment. Upon termination of your Services, you must return the Equipment in good working condition. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the replacement cost of the Equipment.

4.1 Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all charges associated with your Services, including installation fees, monthly subscription fees, and any applicable taxes or other government fees.

4.2 Payment

Payments are due by the date specified on your invoice. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Services. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices and fees at any time, with at least 30 days' prior notice to you.

5.1 Termination by Customer

You may terminate your Services at any time by providing us with at least 30 days' written notice. You will be responsible for all charges incurred up to the effective termination date.

5.2 Termination by I-World Networks

We may suspend or terminate your Services immediately without notice if you violate any of these Terms, including but not limited to, the AUP or non-payment of fees.

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall I-World Networks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the software, website, and any related materials, are the sole property of I-World Networks or its licensors. You are not granted any rights or licenses to use such intellectual property except as necessary to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

8.2 Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our Website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
